This role combines clinical expertise with compassionate care, ensuring safe administration of specialty medications while educating and empowering patients and caregivers. Administer IV, subcutaneous, and other infusion therapies; manage peripheral and central lines. Assess patients, monitor for reactions, and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients/caregivers on medications, infusion procedures, side effects, and safety. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA, OSHA, INS, and CHAP compliance. Qualifications What’s Required Graduation from a recognized school of nursing and a current Michigan RN licensure. Possesses current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and an insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices.
