Coordinates and performs patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. 19. Demonstrates use of universal precautions at all times. 20. Registered Nurse – Med/Surg - PRN Medical City Alliance, Fort Worth, Texas Shift: PRN (see seasonal requirements below) Pay: 55/hr. Seasonal program lasts from September 20, 2026, to April 3, 2027 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS All seasonal RRT’s are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. Within a close geographical area, you may be asked to float to another facility which has an emergency staffing need. Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4-week schedule period. During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital. Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses.
