We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best. What It Means to Be a Founding Provider Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will: Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch. Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community. Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community. What You'll Do Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards. Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars. Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week. Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals. Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records. Strengthens technical coding practices and clinician documentation by reviewing patient records with flagged complications to ensure coding accurately reflects the patient’s clinical course and complexity to validate accurate risk-adjustment for administrative metrics used in government incentive/penalty programs. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, and the department managers for revenue integrity, coding and data quality, case management and health information management.
