The Charge RN is responsible for supervising the clinical operations and nursing team during assigned shifts. The Charge RN acts as a liaison between the clinical team and leadership, helping to maintain high standards of care and service. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $64-$75/hour, depending on experience. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings. Infusion experiencepreferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Prior charge nurse ornursingmanagement experience is preferred. Valid RN License. Current American Heart Association BLScertificationrequired.
