Experience: 5+ years in clinical reimbursement, with at least 2 years focused on education/training. Skills: Strong knowledge of PDPM, MDS, and regulatory frameworks. Dynamic leadership and training abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with tools for education and compliance tracking. Detail-oriented with great multitasking and organizational abilities.
