Education, Licensures & Certifications: · Current RN license in Illinois required · BLS certification required within 30 days of hire · ACLS certification required within one year of hire Experience: · New graduates and experienced RNs welcome · Meets credit range for Clinical Ladder levels: o Clinical Nurse I: 0-12 credits, BSN preferred o Clinical Nurse II: 13-24 credits with evidence of performance across two categories, BSN preferred o Clinical Nurse III: 25-35 credits with performance across three categories, BSN or 30+ years of experience required o Clinical Nurse IV: 36+ credits with performance across three categories, BSN or MSN enrollment/completion required
