Position Summary Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing patient care, related unit activities and personnel on an assigned shift utilizing the Nursing Process and Relationship-Based Care model as the framework in order to ensure quality patient care and workflow. The ANI identifies work priorities, determines and coordinates daily assignments and staff scheduling. The Administrative Nurse I is responsible for directing the nursing service of an assigned unit, with responsibility for implementation and modification of patient care plans. They work under general supervision from a designated supervisor(s) to accomplish: Duties & Responsibilities Develops, implements, and updates the patient’s plan of care based on on-going assessment of the patient and input from the patient’s family.
