Job Summary The Nurse Navigator oversees the multitude of clinical aspects of an active Breast Center, while working in the support of the broader Program in Women's Oncology. The Nurse Navigator is responsible for coordinating health education for patients. Job Summary Responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients of the Special Procedures area while utilizing the nursing process, and acts as a liaison between the Special Procedures area and the nursing units to provide continuity of care and optimal communication.
