Position Summary Asante Ashland , located in Ashland, Oregon. Outpatient services include internal medicine, home health, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine. The RN for Asante Ashland is responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Position Summary The Cardiac Center is a combined unit with 40 beds in our Heart Center and 12 in our Outpatient Observation Unit. Nurse to patient ratios are 4:1 - 6:1 for the Heart Center and 3:1 - 4:1 for the Outpatient Observation Unit. The staff on these units are very engaged in a Shared Governance model of leadership.
