Coordination & Communication · Collaborate with clinical intake nurses, scheduling, and field staff for start-of-care assignments. Compliance & Documentation · Confirm that physician orders, F2F (Face-to-Face), and consent forms are complete before admission. Tracking & Reporting · Maintain referral logs and update intake tracking dashboards daily.
