The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Rather than providing care exclusively inside a hospital or clinic, ACT teams bring services to members where they live and navigate daily life. Nurses work alongside behavioral health professionals to support medication management, physical and behavioral health needs, recovery goals, community stability, and overall wellness. For an RN coming from inpatient behavioral health, this can be an opportunity to use your psychiatric nursing expertise in an entirely different way — with greater continuity of care and the ability to see the longer-term impact of your work.
