He/she is responsible for all associated and clinical activities, participating in staff and resident scheduling, and assists, in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, or Resident Assistants. Qualifications Registered Nurse RN requirements: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
