This leadership role oversees the daily clinical operations of medical support staff (MAs, LPNs, RNs) and ensures the highest standards of patient care in a collaborative and efficient environment. Responsibilities Provide leadership, training, orientation, and performance evaluations for Medical Assistants and non-licensed clinical staff under the direction of an LPN/RN. Assist providers with direct patient care Enter medication refill requests for clinician/RN/LPN review using approved standing orders and protocols. Ensure accurate documentation by clinical support staff in accordance with organizational and state standards. Assist the Clinic Manager in maintaining clinic readiness for state and regulatory surveys.
