We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. What You’ll Do As a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care Registered Nurse, you serve as the clinical bridge between home-based care and virtual acute care. In this role you will: Travel to members’ homes and community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care.
