Department Overview: The Critical Care Unit at LeConte Medical Center is comprised of an 8-bed ICU wing and 8 bed IMC (step-down) wing. With small nurse to patient ratios, our staff is able to give our critically ill patients the best possible care. The staff strives to create a warm and welcoming team environment that cultivates healing for the patients and their families, and each other. Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
