We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Memphis and surrounding communities to include but not limited to Collierville as well as Southhaven, MS, and Olive Branch MS. A Field Case Manager role is a field / home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round trip), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.
