Our House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for the nursing leadership and coordination of assigned nursing personnel. This position ensures the delivery of quality nursing care by managing and supervising the staff providing direct care. Serves actively and constructively as member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team in support of the organization and program treatment philosophy; to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. Shift: PRN - 12 hour Shifts Key Responsibilities: Leadership in Patient Care: Leads the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care services, demonstrating clinical expertise and ensuring a therapeutic environment. Staffing and Coordination: Ensures efficient staffing based on patient census and acuity, coordinating with the Scheduling Manager and facilitating admissions and discharges for optimal throughput. Treatment Plan Oversight: Monitors patient progress, making recommendations in line with treatment plans, and addresses medical/nursing needs to enhance patient care. Clinical Supervision and Training: Provides clinical supervision, guides mental health specialists and nurses in patient care responsibilities, and offers constructive feedback to reinforce desired behaviors. Emergency Management and Liaison: Acts as a leader in emergency situations, expedites concerns to senior administrators, and serves as a liaison with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
