About the Role The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of endocrine conditions, with a significant focus on diabetes management and longitudinal follow-up. The NP will initially work closely with the physician team on more complex cases while progressively developing greater independence with routine endocrine follow-up care. The practice averages approximately 25–30 patient visits per day. Collaborating Physician – Dr. Md Shajjad Hossain The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with Dr. Md Shajjad Hossain, who will serve as the collaborating physician for this position. Dr. Hossain is committed to developing an APP who is interested in building expertise in endocrinology. The ideal candidate will be comfortable asking questions, receptive to feedback, and interested in progressively expanding their clinical knowledge and independence.
