The Hume-Lee Transplant Clinic is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team providing comprehensive transplant care for liver, kidney, heart, lung, and pancreas patients. Our clinic supports patients across the full transplant continuum, including pre-transplant evaluation, waitlist management, and post-transplant care. RNs primarily work in our procedure area, administering monthly infusions, monitoring patients awaiting admission, and providing recovery care following kidney biopsies. Nurses collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team that includes LPNs, CMAs, and PCTs. This position offers a consistent schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Advanced Practice Provider - Children's Surgery - Rotating

This Pediatric Surgery APP position is a 100% inpatient role caring for hospitalized pediatric surgery patients, trauma patients, and inpatient consults. The team is seeking a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant with prior inpatient pediatric experience. This rotating position includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong preference for candidates interested in night and/or weekend coverage. There is no outpatient clinic or operating room component to this role. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP- NP, PA) provides high-quality medical and/or surgical patient care. This position provides care to patients with acute and chronic complaints in collaboration with the Attending Physician. The Advanced Practice Provider provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or preventive healthcare service on a Collaborative APP/Physician team. The Advanced Practice Provider may perform any or all of the following: histories and physicals; order and interpret tests; make diagnosis; treat injuries/illness; assist with surgical procedures; counsel patient and/or prescribe medication and those invasive procedures defined by the Virginia Board of Medicine. The Advanced Practice Provider works collaboratively with the medical team to deliver organized, timely, cost effective and quality patient care. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide patient care under a defined departmental and state-approved scope of practice with the collaboration of an Attending Physician(s). The Home Hospital Registered Nurse is responsible for providing the essential elements of the inpatient care delivery model into the patient’s defined living space using leveraged technology and remote clinical care coordination.
