Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Overview The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for utilizing the nursing process in the provision of safe quality care of patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterological and pulmonary procedures to include patient teaching, physical and psychological preparation. An Endoscopy Registered Nurse’s duties range from pre -and intraprocedural interventions to immediate postprocedural assessment, care of equipment, specimen handling, and documentation. Overview Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Critical care Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Overview The Case Manager has a day-to-day responsibility for assessing the medical necessity of patient admissions, and continued stays, based on the clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in accordance with Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG). Overview The Building Services Manager will play an integral role in supporting senior departmental leadership with directing and leading all aspects of the operational needs within the department. Overview Plans, directs, and evaluates patient health care. Provides advanced practice nurse support to patients, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations.
