Conduct routine and emergency assessments, including physical exams, diagnostic tests, and patient history. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with UCM and UUH policies and procedures. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in obstetrical care.
