Job Summary The Resource Pool Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients through assessment, the creation of individualized plans of care, and implementation, coordination, and delivery of care within the assigned unit that is aligned with the delivery of exceptional patient care. Job Responsibilities Create and implement a written plan of care that addresses the specific needs and goals of each individual patient, making referrals to other professional services as required.
