Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical providers. Duties include monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting care. Works as part of a healthcare team to support patient treatment plans, maintain a safe environment, and ensure quality care. Minimum Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Missouri. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required. Experience: New graduates welcome to apply! Behavioral health orientation obtained during onboarding. Preferred Experience/Skills: At least 3 months of behavioral health, pediatric, or inpatient nursing experience. Requires Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
