MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, with direction from the Registered Nurse, this position is responsible for providing high quality, individualized basic care activities as identified by the RN, using the components of the nursing process. Performing duties in a manner that provides for the physical, psycho-social and spiritual needs of the patient including performing basic patient care activities.
