As a caregiver, you’ll be assisting clients with daily living activities and helping them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll follow personalized care plans and provide services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing. Communication and Advocacy: Report any changes in client condition to the Care Manager and advocate for client needs. Timekeeping and Documentation: Accurately log hours, tasks, and client status using ClearCare Telephony system. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, adhering to company policies and dress code.
