CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time MDS Coordinator to join our team. We offer competitive wages and a supportive work environment where you can thrive. Must be available to work on-site at the facility. Position Overview: The MDS Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines related to the Minimum Data Set (MDS), and will be responsible for managing Medicaid and Medicare RUGs/PDPM, Medicaid Case Mix, and meeting Medicare criteria, including all required supportive documentation. A strong understanding of Quality Measures and the Five-Star Quality Rating System is essential.
