RNAC Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RNAC Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Southwestern Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will oversee and manage the MDS assessment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations. Your role will directly impact the quality of care and reimbursement outcomes for our residents.
