Job Summary Join our growing virtual care team as a Per Diem Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) delivering comprehensive family medicine services through telehealth. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate provider comfortable managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is 100% remote to start. As our practice grows, there may be opportunities to transition to in-person clinical care and/or full-time employment. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive telehealth evaluations for family medicine patients of all ages. Assess and document medical history, current medications, allergies, symptoms, and preventive care needs. Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
