Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, or in a nursing leadership role required Strong knowledge of nursing practices, resident care, and regulatory requirements. Experience with care planning, assessments, clinical documentation, and coordination of resident care. Knowledge of MDS and interdisciplinary care planning preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise and motivate nursing staff. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
