Our facility is seeking a Part - Time, and Full time 3-11 shift, 16 -40 Hours per week, Licensed Practical Nurse that will be responsible for the nursing activities of the wing. Whether working independently or in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN's and CNAs, the LPN will work to ensure the optimal delivery of quality, compassionate care. Responsibilities will include: Medication Administration Resident Assessments Resident Admissions coordination, including verification of Doctor's orders Electronic Medical Records Maintenance Administration of treatments and documentation Patient education upon discharge for proper maintenance of medications or procedures All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation is an EOE

Assist with other basic medical care tasks. Collect samples for lab testing as assigned Provide psychological and emotional support when needed Communicate with patients' family to provide advice, comfort and discharge instructions

Position: RN Supervisor (7p–7a) – Monday, Wednesday, Friday We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. Whether working independently or alongside the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor will provide strong leadership and clinical guidance to our LPNs and CNAs, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
