Summary GENERAL SUMMARY Critical Care Resource Pool (RP) staff RNs are part of a team of caregivers who provide staffing support to a variety of units. Assigned units will be within the Critical Care RP staff RN’s skill level. All Critical Care RP staff RNs are supported by the General Care unit and Critical Care unit leadership and reports to the Resource Pool Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care. Plans, provides, and monitors specific patient needs following established policies, procedures, and regulations. Communicates and collaborates effectively with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all other duties as assigned. LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Required Licenses and/or Certifications Current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse holding a valid Compact State license. Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Office LPN performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice. Reports to department leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education. Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned. LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Current State license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Practical Nurse holding a valid Compact State license. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice. Pediatric experience preferred. CPR training required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
