Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Measure and record vital signs as assigned Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation of resident care Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care What We're Looking For Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required) High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Excellent communication and teamwork skills Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required Newly Certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!
