STNA/CNA – Full-Time Day Shift | The Enclave at Cambridge The Enclave at Cambridge, a skilled nursing and long-term care community located at 8420 Georgetown Rd, Cambridge, OH 43725, is hiring full-time CNA/STNAs for the day shift. If you are a compassionate caregiver who enjoys building relationships and keeping residents engaged throughout the day, this role is for you. Schedule Full-Time Day Shift 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (adjust if your facility uses 8s) Every other weekend required Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Support residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Help residents with morning and daytime routines, including getting up, mealtime preparation, and evening preparation for shift change. Foster social engagement by assisting residents to activities, meals, and common areas during the day. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse promptly. Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned. Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas. Respond quickly and courteously to call lights and resident requests. Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies. Qualifications Active Ohio STNA certification required (or CNA with ability to obtain Ohio STNA). Listed in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred but not required – will train the right candidate. Ability to work full-time day shift (7 AM – 7 PM) including every other weekend. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
