Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned. Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas. Respond quickly and courteously to call lights and resident requests. Listed in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred but not required – will train the right candidate.
