Job Summary College Medical Center Phoenix Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse to support our expanding PHP services. A nursing degree/diploma from an accredited school is highly preferred. The Outpatient RN must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing within an outpatient setting and the skills to provide care to PHP clients. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing PHP program. Qualifications: Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (degree or diploma). Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an outpatient setting. Proficiency in timely admissions processing, documentation, and executing provider orders. Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition. Experience with milieu safety and basic nursing procedures (vital signs, medications, injections). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, assessment, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior outpatient PHP/IOP experience.
