Your Role As an Assistant Director of Nursing , you will: Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and staff education programs. Participate in audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and model clinical excellence. Qualifications Active Georgia RN license Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills Experience in infection prevention or staff education preferred Schedule Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends
