Job Description : Job Summary Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care to crucial care patients before, during, and after procedures in alignment with physician’s orders and individual patient needs. Ensures adherence to recognized standards of nursing practice. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educates patients and families regarding care plans and procedural expectations. Maintains accurate documentation to support quality and continuity of care. Job Description : Job Summary Responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across diverse clinical settings. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans to ensure quality and safety. Educates patients and families, coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, and delegates tasks to support staff. Adheres to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
