Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and safety. Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies during overnight hours. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards. Perform additional nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR certification (First Aid certification preferred). Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care is preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
