Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed. Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support. Assist in training and orientation of new employees. What You Need Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered based on experience.
