Overview JOB SPECIFICS The Neonatal Critical Care Unit (NCCU) is a 64-bed, private-room unit with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit, and a Small Baby Unit. Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research. Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research. Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.
