Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for Bone Marrow Transplant services at Indiana Blood & Marrow Transplantation located at the Franciscan Cancer Center in Indianapolis, IN. APP will be joining an established, collegial team of three physicians and two APPs. Indiana Blood & Marrow Transplantation (IBMT) program is one of only two FACT accredited programs in the State of Indiana performing over 100 transplants a year. The program offers both Allogeneic & Autologous transplants as well as cellular therapy for hematological malignancies including leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma as well as autoimmune disorders. IBMT is a National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) collection center for Bone Marrow & Peripheral Blood Stem Cells. There is a Stem Cell processing laboratory on site. The program has both inpatient and outpatient services. Immune Effector Cell Therapies and Clinical Research are also part of the program. WHAT WE NEED: Bone Marrow Transplant, Hematology and/or Oncology experience preferred, but not required. Ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate should have a desire to develop exemplary professional relationships with patients and the community in which they serve. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Flexible 5-day work week full-time schedule Experience in bone aspiration and biopsy preferred, but not required.
