Advanced Practice Provider - Nephrology

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will support the Nephrology department by seeing patients in the clinic and in the outpatient dialysis units. There are 4 dialysis units and 4 clinic locations. The APP will rotate one to two days per week at these sites with one physician and one APP.
