The Emergency Department at Exeter Hospital cares for a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical needs. With annual volumes of approximately 33,000 patients, the department is one of the busiest in the Seacoast area. In addition to the main Emergency Department, comprised of 21 beds, there is a 6-bed Minor Care area. Provide direct and constant visual observation of patients for their safety under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Perform LNA responsibilities as required or needed. Requirements High School Diploma or GED NH State Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) CPR Certified within 90 days of hire Strong Communication Skills Strong Customer Service Skills 0-6 months experience Major Responsibilities Provide constant observation to patients who are suicidal by means of video monitoring or direct visualization. Alert nurse if there is a change in the patient's behavior or response that the observer is concerned about. Review observation care plan for the patient with the nurse at the beginning and end of shift. May report food and/or liquid intake. Perform duties within the scope of LNA- i.e. vital signs, assistance with ADLs

We have recently begun participating in Electrophysiology (EP) services and are actively expanding to add a second lab , allowing us to increase capacity, broaden capabilities, and continue delivering truly comprehensive cardiac care close to home. In this role, the RN will collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and EP procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is passionate about advanced cardiovascular care and wants to contribute to a growing program in a supportive and community‑oriented setting. Deliveries average 600 annually. Many Family Center staff scrub and circulate for Cesarean Sections. Orientation to the Family Center is individualized according to your background and level of experience.
