As a PCU Registered Nurse on this dual specialty unit you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patients. While 4 South specializes in high acuity Neuro and Trauma patients, you will also have the opportunity to see many other types of patients including multi system complex patients. Our neuro population may include severe brain injuries, stroke, seizures, brain tumors, and pre/post op neuro surgery. This patient population is highly acute, many times with limited mobility, and requires a collaborative approach resulting in a strong team dedicated to our nurses success.
