Ability to effectively prioritize the transfer based on patient acuity and clinical information presented and following established hospital workflows and protocols. Often must actively participate in difficult or critical situations. This individual must be able to employ problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. All discussion pertaining to the transfer request are to be documented in EPIC as part of the transfer documentation.
