Reports trends and surveillance data to facility leadership monthly, and as needed. Reports data quarterly to QAPI committee, for follow up and change in facility practice. Utilizes varied teaching methods and platforms to consistently accomplish the goals and objectives of the division. Adapts presentation methods and scheduling to meet the needs of the facility. Develops and implements curricula that drive quality improvement on the facility and division level. Validates team member engagement through the use of surveys, practice observation, retention of new team members, and leadership feedback. Engages team members with effective communication regarding infection prevention and education initiatives. Promotes growth and development of team members.
