Williamsburg, Virginia Patriots Colony is hiring a 13-Week Temporary LPN for Night Shift. Temporary positions require 2 years LPN experience. Overview Contributes to the development, maintenance, or modifications to the individual service plans. Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation according to nursing practice standards. Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes. Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills. What you will do Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management.
