IV Home Infusion Nurse (($55 AN HOUR STARTING RATE!) Job Description UniversaCare is seeking to hire PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse. Position: Per-diem Hours: Flexible Hours, Evenings & Weekends Start Date: Immediately As a Home Care PRN Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) , you will experience a special energy and excitement from your work as you join a team of individuals who are committed to improving the lives of others. You will work in a growing, specialized area of the nursing field outside the walls of a hospital setting As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse you will provide a broad range of infusion therapies in out patients’ homes while: Compassionately taking care of patients in order to allow them to recover in the comfort of their own home by using your clinical IV capabilities and personal touch. Skillfully providing one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. Assessing the patient’s condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed to facilitate achievement of treatment goals. Establishing trust and building therapeutically effective relationships with our clients and their families.
