Qualifications: • Valid STNA certification in the state of employment • High school diploma or GED preferred. • 2-3 Years of experience in long-term care or assisted living. • Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with residents and staff. • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. • Physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents and perform job-related tasks. • Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
