Rutgers University-Camden is seeing an Assistant Director of International Programs & Student Services. The Assistant Director serves as a key member of the Office of International Services (OIS) leadership team, providing strategic oversight and operational management for international student admissions, services, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of International Programs, this position holds full accountability for ensuring efficient workflows, accurate application processing, and compliance with federal regulations governing international students. The Assistant Director manages the review and evaluation of international undergraduate applications, oversees scholarship administration for undergraduate and graduate students, and ensures graduate applications are complete for departmental review. As a Designated School Official (DSO), the Assistant Director is responsible for issuing and maintaining I-20 records, monitoring F-1 visa compliance, and serving as a primary resource for students on immigration and academic matters. The role also leads onboarding and orientation programs for new international students each semester and provides ongoing advising to support student success. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Assistant Director contributes to strategic enrollment goals by coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with marketing initiatives, and fostering collaborative relationships across campus. The position actively participates in OIS team meetings to address emerging issues and advance internationalization efforts at Rutgers–Camden. The Assistant Director maintains professional expertise through continuous engagement with regulatory updates and best practices (e.g., NAFSA, USCIS, Department of State) and may supervise OIS staff in the Director’s absence.

JOB SUMMARY The nurse extern is a participant in a summer program for nursing students. The nurse extern program is designed to provide the nursing student with an opportunity to strengthen and reinforce their knowledge and skill in the practice of nursing under direct supervision of a registered nurse preceptor to ease their transition to practice. The nurse extern will follow their preceptor's work schedule and will assist in the provision of nursing care for that nurse's patients. Additionally, nurse extern will attend 8 didactic educational sessions during their rotation.
