Digestive Health Center of Plano is currently searching for Full Time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: Prepares patients for procedures. Provides care for patients in recovery and actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS, and have at least two years of registered nurse experience

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator (ASC) Location: Towson, MD Employment Type: Part Time | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays Position Summary We are seeking a patient-focused and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Circulator to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). In this role, you will provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients undergoing same-day surgical procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and values teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary patient advocate throughout the surgical experience Perform preoperative assessments, verify patient identity, consent, and surgical site Coordinate patient flow and ensure on-time case starts in a high-efficiency ASC setting Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists Maintain a sterile and compliant operating room environment Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond to changes in condition Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Oversee equipment, supplies, and room turnover to support efficient case flow Provide postoperative handoff communication to PACU staff Promote a positive patient experience in a same-day surgery environment Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maryland) BLS / ACLS / PALS required Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience (circulating experience required) Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Prior ASC or outpatient surgery experience CNOR certification or willingness to obtain Experience in high-volume, fast-paced surgical environments Work Schedule & Environment Monday–Friday schedule Day shifts only (4 - 10 hour shifts) No overnight shifts No call requirements Closed on major holidays Benefits Competitive compensation 401(k) with company match Predictable schedule supporting work-life balance

The Center for Digestive Endoscopy’s dedicated staff has helped thousands in the Orlando community since opening its doors in 2002. The outpatient, state-of-the-art endoscopic facility specializes in colon cancer screening and diseases involving the digestive tract. Orlando Business Journal recently ranked us the first largest freestanding ambulatory surgery center in Central Florida. We are currently searching for a Fulltime Registered Nurse to work in the Preop/Postop area - Four 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday with a start time of 6:00am. This nurse needs to be able to work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: Prepare patients for their procedures - preop. Provide care for patients in recovery. Actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, Current BLS and ACLS, and prefer - at least two years of registered nurse experience.
