Key Responsibilities · Wound Examination and Management : Conduct thorough examination of wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. · Patient Care : Provide direct wound care, including dressing changes, debridement, and infection control measures.
